The Dynamics String Quartet is made up of Elaine, Christine, David and John – all members of one family. They have been playing together as a quartet group for the past five years, performing at weddings, parties and various functions.
Elaine in is her final year in UCC, studying for her Bmus degree and intends to do a Masters in Performance next term. David and Christine are both degree students in the Cork School of Music.
All members started music at a very early age, being involved in numerous orchestras and ensembles. Their repertoire includes a variety of pieces, ranging from classical to popular music. Please see below some examples:
