Well known Cork musicians Martin Vallely and Padraig Carroll have combined their talents to create the duo Adagio offering an eclectic mix of music for your wedding day.
Adagio offer a selection of classical and Irish music performed on guitar, mandolin, tenor saxophone, low whistle and bodhrán suitable for performance during the church wedding ceremony.
Adagio also offer a selection of well known jazz standards to augment your wedding day pre-dinner reception.

Martin Vallely Biography:
Multi instrumentalist Martin Vallely is best known as a jazz composer having release 3 CDs of his own compositions to critical acclaim.
Martin's extensice career includes 3 years as a studio musician in Germany and Dublin, and has featured on 8 CDs.
Martin's musical versatility encompasses tenor saxophone, guitar, bass guitar, low whistle and bodhrán.
Padraig Carroll Biography:
Padraig Carroll is a guitarist and mandolin player, who graduated with a Bachelors in Music from U.C.C., where he studied under Prof. Aloys Fleischman and Michael O Suilleabhain.
His book; ”The Irish Mandolin”, has remained the definitive Irish Traditional Mandolin tutor for the last 18 years, and has never been out of print in all that time! He is also a former member of Anuna (the Riverdance choir ), and played guitar on their third album; “Omnis”.
As a member of Continental Shuffle, he played the Cork Jazz Festival for seven consecutive years, appearing in all the major venues including the Festival Club (Metropole Hotel), and performing a mixture of Gypsy Jazz, Eastern European folk, Bossa Nova, and Blues (of which he is a considerable guitar and vocal exponent). His Irish Traditional Group Bunnan Beo recently headlined at the Skatoy Music Festival in Norway.
